spotted this little NA out and about today. Super clean too. Couldn't find a blemish on the thing (Atleast not on the drivers side anyway) good to see it being driven in the winter

I wouldn't say good to it being driven in Winter. Illinois is one of the only states in which I think that really cool cars should stay inside for the Winter. The salt is so hard on cars even if you were to wash them daily...

Some townships use dirt or sand. I'd actually prefer abrasive dirt over corrosive salt...

But kudos to them for taking care of their baby! <3

I was behind a Karmann Ghia this morning which was interesting to see this time of year too. It's too bad that it had a frosted over windshield due to the crappy heater, a tire/wheel combination way too wide for that car, and what looked to be a coat of oil and grime on the rear engine hatch. It was also going 30 in a 35 zone which was probably due to the first item in the list.
